Connie’s little daughter, Zoe (pictured left in the photo), has inherited her mother’s tortoiseshell greatness, enhanced by white bits her mother doesn’t really have. I admit a slight prejudice here as I just adore tortie cats, having shared my life with a very beautiful, adorable, tortie girl from when I was eight years old until I was 26. Yes, Zoe’s a bit shy too and although I’ve been saying this is due to Connie’s protectiveness earlier on I have to take part of the blame. It has been a demanding summer (big understatement) and I haven’t spent as much time with the cats in my own care as I would have liked. Having said that, when they get into their own homes and have had time to get to know their new people all that changes. Zoe is a beautiful girl (was born knowing it) and she just gets on so well with all the others even if she doesn’t think they’re as beautiful as she is. A home with kind people and another cat would be perfect for her. She’s too young yet to be spayed, but has been fully vaccinated and is microchipped.
