Please contact us if you are interested in offering Eilidh her forever home.
Eilidh was living on the streets despite obviously being a domestic cat very used to being with people. She really is a lovely girl, so sweet, friendly and trusting. How she came to be living on the streets is unknown; it may be she was genuinely lost and her owners either didn’t look for her or eventually gave up the search or she was deliberately abandoned. Sad and infuriating as it is, it is not unusual for an older animal to be abandoned to the streets when their owner dies or when the owners decide to replace ‘old’ with ‘new’.
Eilidh has been thoroughly checked over by our vet, as well as having all the usual things attended to, and seems to be in good health. Her teeth are also in a very good state, despite her age being estimated to be in double figures. As an older cat, Eilidh would make an ideal companion for an older person looking for an affectionate knee-hugger.
Apart from one (very cute) white whisker Eilidh is all black. She is now spayed, vaccinated and microchipped and just waiting for that one special person, or family, to come along and make her truly happy.
