Cinders and her sister Pepper were born in our care on May 28th, along with a third sister who already has a home lined up. Their little mother is a delight and has allowed her babies to be handled right from the start so these babies are well used to human contact. As you would expect, the girls are just full of energy and mischief and have a particular love of charging around and racing up and down the stairs. They have just had their fisrt vaccinations and will get the second set to complete the course on August 21st, at which point they will also be microchipped. We really want these two little sisters to stay together rather than to go off to separate homes. There are no children in their foster home but we can see no reason why they couldn’t be homed with older children (5+). They are confident, friendly, little kittens but Cinders takes a little longer than her sister to approach strangers. A home with access to a safe outdoor area once they are older, spayed, and well settled would be lovely for Cinders and Pepper. Pepper’s coat is described by her foster mum as ‘chocolatey’ but this may change as she gets a little older. Cinder’s coat seems to be changing already, from grey to black.
