Cat Action Trust 1977
Ayrshire Branch
CAT 1977 Ayrshire Branch was established in 1992 and is a charitable organisation which works to help feral cats by limiting their numbers through neutering and returning to site, providing veterinary care where necessary, and by finding homes for cats and kittens and tamed stray cats.
CAT 1977 also helps to educate the public and other animal welfare organisations about the humane control and care of the feral cat population through its website, newsletters and leaflets.
Moggie of the Year Winner!
Lily
Well, it's been a hard decision , but at last a winner of our first ever Moggie of the Year competition has been selected!

Our Moggie of the Year Lily has demonstrated confidence and endeavour by hunting down and catching an elusive gift for her human pets, Jenny and Louis; cookies. Not only that, but Lily has also shown herself to be very responsible by not actually eating the cookies herself. In short, Lily has effectively contributed to her family and must surely be awarded by having her name plastered all over the school, sorry, website.
Lily's person, Jenny, said: "Lily is delighted. She would like to thank all her friends and family who helped her win this prestigious competition and would also like to inform you that she has, in the last two weeks, progressed from cookies to birds and mice! Lovely!"
Congratulations Lily; a goodie bag (which you must promise to share with Alfie) is on its way!
